No single document or code can ever address every possible business situation, and I encourage you to seek guidance from the guide for who to contact when you are faced with the unfamiliar.
Everyone in the Tyson Foods family is duty bound to uphold our Code and hold those accountable who do not. You have an obligation to raise concerns whenever you are aware of or suspect any violation of our Code, policies, or the law. You have a duty to promptly report these occurrences to a member of management, human resources, or ethics & compliance.
I find strength in who we are as a Tyson Foods family, and like a healthy family, our organization operates at its best when everyone holds one another accountable to raising the world’s expectations for how much good food can do. This Purpose informs how we operate and builds upon the foundation of our Core Values and Team Behaviors (5Cs).
These documents, all referenced within this Code, are part of the rich heritage of our company. It is my expectation that every day our team members act with integrity, and our future success depends on it.
