Our human rights practices are grounded in our Code, Core Values and Team Member Bill of Rights. These documents outline the many rights, benefits, and responsibilities enjoyed by and expected of team members. These programs and our policies support the principles contained within the United Nation’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labor Organization Labor Standards.

We expect you to be aware of your actions and actions of those around you to ensure we uphold the basic principles of human rights.

We strive to comply with all applicable wage and hour laws, including minimum wage, overtime and maximum hour rules.

We respect your right to join or not to join a trade union, or to have recognized employee representation in accordance with local law.
